14. Use this space for any comments you may have about the course, the instructor, readings, etc.
- The instructor switched the grading scheme and course direction after 4 weeks in. No more final, the project was now 80% of the grade. I liked this change, but it would have been better if that was decided at the beginning of the semester.
The professor made is clear that this class was his first time teaching this class and was trying out new things, some of which will be changed next semester with input from this class. I like how our input was solicited.
I also really liked the discussions in class. The small size of the class (7) made this possible.
I think the professor really knows his stuff. He has real world experience that he brought to the class, along with copious knowledge of current happening in academia.
