Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science
(Medical Preparation Option)

This curriculum is effective for students entering in the Fall 2001 semester.

In keeping with standard CS policy, if you entered before Fall 2001, you may transfer into this curriculum subject to the approval of your advisor. The B.A. curriculum is a liberal arts program, designed to provide a high-quality, broad liberal education along with a 33-credit concentration in Computer Science with emphasis on software development. The medical preparation option permits the student to obtain a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and have sufficient preparation to apply to medical school. Students pursuing medical preparation and applying to medical school should consult the SEAS representative to the University's premedical committee.
Below are the semester-by-semester course requirements in this curriculum. The indication P(...) signifies prerequisite courses; a comma between prerequisite courses means "and;" a slash means "or."
