A GW team consisting of Trevor Ford, Nate Soares, Dan Fego, Ryan Festag, Ben Pence, Alex Florescu, Mike Specter and Marco Chomut placed second of 4 teams in the mid-atlantic regional of the Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition (CCDC) . Teams were invited to the regional contest on the basis of their performance in the qualifiers in January. Congratulations to them all!

Preliminary Exam Announcement
  1. The Preliminary Exam for Fall 2009 will be given on December 4, 2009 in the CS Conference Room 736.
  2. The exam will start promptly at 9:30 AM and end at 5:00 PM.
  3. To apply for the preliminary exam you must come to the Computer Science Department and fill out a Preliminary Exam Application (orange form) turn it into the Chairman’s Office – Philips Hall 703 or we can fax the application form to you.
  4. Applicants will receive an official letter with detailed instructions regarding the preliminary exam.
